Lavender & Lemon Cooler Cocktail Ingredients:
Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker with the ice and shake well or pour directly over ice into a glass and stir gently. Garnish with a lavender bud. For the Lavender Syrup: Ingredients:
Combine all ingredients in a small pan and cook over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved. Boil for a further 2-3 minutes until the liquid thickens slightly. Leave to cool and then remove the buds and strain into a bottle. You could also give this as a gift. Best to keep cool or refrigerated.
